Happy Solstice!

Here on the central coast of CA the Solstice was exact at 7:58am this morning.

Tomorrow our daylight will slowly increase!

So much has happened for us and our planet- in a beautiful way we are very connected to each other, and the planet as well. Earth is a living being.

It seems to us that divisiveness is heightened, and that's because the light has intensified- and will continue to do so, if we continue to live through our hearts. The darkness has been there but the new light makes it more 'in our face' now- because there is a larger gap in the frequency of where we as lighter beings have transitioned to, versus the lower density of the darker energy. 
So, worry less, let go, have less rigid beliefs and opinions and continue to lighten up your energetic presence, and we will find that we can do a little more floating through these challenges. Don't just regurgitate what you hear from mainstream media or social media!

Connect to your power and that will lead you to think more for yourself. We can’t all be experts, but we can be intuitively guided to finding the right information. Find out what helps your intuition to strengthen- meditation is a great tool for that.

And so our next evolving must be one of heightened intuition- this is how we will take back our power and do what is best for our bodies and minds. That is how we will think for ourselves and not be easily influenced by misinformation.

I’m setting my intention to: connecting on a deeper level, for more heightened awareness. And I’m trusting in the bigger picture.

It’s been a wild ride and I thank everyone for being a part of it! We're all in this together!
