Massage Therapy

In 1993, I started a stress-management center with a physical therapist who specialized in hands-on treatment and preventative education. He also developed a specific format for the massage chair that was extremely effective. It was here that I learned to do soft tissue manipulation for injured physical therapy patients. Together, we also provided stress-management workshops for the county and individuals. I then went on to get certified at a massage school in 1995, and then certified in Rapid Eye Technology. 

Since then I have been providing massage for patients of physical therapists, doctors, and chiropractors, as well as for my private clients, for 32 years in San Luis Obispo, CA. I am now located in Los Osos, CA. My massage approach is more than just physical, and I prefer to work with clients who want to approach this work (w)holistically, as in mind, body, and spirit- as opposed to just physically.
